2024 ARPA Report Filed

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. – Mobile County Commission’s 2024 Recovery Plan Performance Report was filed with the U.S. Department of Treasury on July 31, 2023.  

The Mobile County Commission was allocated $80.26 million from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund established by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

Through June 30, 2024, the Mobile County Commission has obligated approximately $74 million and expended approximately $40 million of the SLFRF funds. These obligations and expenditures include many projects covering Public Health, Negative Economic Impacts, Public Health-Negative Economic Impact of Public Sector Capacity, Infrastructure, Revenue Replacement, and Administrative expenditure categories
