Creola Axis Loop North Temporarily Closed to Through Traffic

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. – Creola Axis Loop North is closed to through traffic beginning Oct. 11, 2022 for approximately 30 days as contractors conduct drainage improvement and utility line work in advance of future road resurfacing.

 

Creola Axis Loop North will be open for local traffic only while the drainage and utility work is underway.

 

A signed detour with message boards is in place to guide drivers around the closed road using Highway 43, Dead Lake Road and Creola Axis Loop East.

 

This work is in north Mobile County, Commission District 1.
