Tobacco Tax Retailer Information
Retail stores should always purchase their tobacco products from a registered distributor. Do not buy over the internet or from someone not registered as a wholesaler in the State of Alabama and Mobile County. If you are not sure if someone is a registered distributor contact our office and we will check.
Upon receipt of a new shipment, you should always check the cigarettes to make sure that they have the appropriate stamps applied.
