Notice of Special Meeting: Mobile County Public Building Authority

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. -- The Mobile County Public Building Authority has called a special meeting on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the multi-purpose room at Mobile Government Plaza.  A proposed agenda for the meeting is set out below. 

Proposed Agenda 

1. CONSIDER     adopting minutes of Special Meeting held on September 9, 2021.
    
2. CONSIDER     conveying all of the remaining parcels of real property titled in the name of which are all located at the Michael Square ShoppingCenter on Azalea Road to the Mobile County Commission.
    
3. CONSIDER      adopting a resolution declaring that the Corporation shall be dissolved and that a certified copy of said resolution be filed in Office of Judge of Probate in Mobile County, Alabama.
    
4. CONSIDER     such other matters that may come before the Authority.
    
5. CONSIDER     motion to adjourn.
