Shell Belt Road South from Niolon Lane to Alba Avenue ? Coden Belt Road South from Henry Johnson Road to Hemley Road ? Clark Road from Hemley Road to Highway 188 Motorists are asked to be cautious when driving in low-lying areas. Officials also remind motorists to NOT drive on streets where you can?t see the road.
