The Mobile County Revenue Commission?s annual property tax sale auction is scheduled for Thursday, May 5, 2016, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the main office located at 3925 Michael Blvd., Suite G, Mobile, AL 36609. Property owners are urged to pay all delinquent property taxes owed immediately to prevent any further action. By paying now, property owners prevent the sale of their property, save additional cost and avoid the redemption process. Please check our website at www.mobilecopropertytax.com for the listing of delinquent property tax owners to ensure that your property will not be sold at the action. Payments can be made with certified funds (cash, cashier?s check, money order & MC/Visa/Discover Cards) and fees may apply. Payments can be made at any of our convenient locations located at Michael Square, Downtown Annex Building, Theodore Oaks, Eight Mile and Citronelle. Prospective investors should also check our website at www.mobilecopropertytax.com for the new tax sales rules and procedures. Significant changes have been implemented to ensure the auction process is faster and more efficient. Investors are encouraged to review the new tax sale rules and procedures ahead of time to prepare for the auction.
