MCAS PET ADOPTION EVENT: 50% Discount on All Adoptions

For one day only, all adoptable pets at the Mobile County Animal Shelter will be available at a 50% discounted rate. The adoption event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, June 28, at the shelter located at 7665 Howells Ferry Road. The adoption fees for dogs/puppies will be $40 and for cats/kittens will be $35. The fee includes one set of shots, a deworming, spaying/neutering and a one year rabies vaccination. MCAS has a varied selection of animals looking for a good home. Like TINA, a one-year old German Shepard mix. She was brought into the shelter after roaming the streets of Chunchula for approximately two weeks. When she first entered the shelter, TINA was malnourished and fearful; now she is friendly, playful and very good with other canines.
