Cedar Point Pier Will Temporarily Open For Fishing During the 92nd Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo Weekend

MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. –  Upgrade work to make Cedar Point Pier stronger and more accessible is still underway, but Cedar Point Pier will be temporarily opened 24/7 for fishing during the Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo weekend.

 

Cedar Point Pier will open at 5 a.m., Friday, July 18, and remain open until 7 p.m., Sunday, July 20. After ADSFR, Cedar Point Pier will be closed again until upgrades are completed, which should take a few more weeks.

 

Cedar Point Pier is located at 18250 Dauphin Island Parkway, Coden, AL 36523. There's no fee to fish at Cedar Point Pier and no fishing license is required for Alabama residents.
