The Mobile County Commission will hold a special meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 5 in the auditorium of Government Plaza to take action on bids for a diesel fuel and gasoline contract for the Mobile County Public Works Department. 1) | RESCIND | award of Bid #60-10, annual ultra low sulfur diesel, unleaded E-10 gasoline and unleaded E-10 mid-grade gasoline for the Public Works Department, to The McPherson Companies, Inc. |
2) | APPROVE | award of Bid #60-10, annual ultra low sulfur diesel, unleaded E-10 gasoline and unleaded E-10 mid-grade gasoline for the Public Works Department, to Mansfield Oil. |
3) | APPROVE | request for motion to adjourn until October 12, 2010. |
