County Roads "Extremely Treacherous"

IMPORTANT! Mobile County Public Works Director Joe Ruffer reports roads are "extremely treacherous." Motorists should stay off the roadways today except in the case of dire emergencies. County road crews report one inch of ice on bridges. Crews are sanding bridges and intersections, where possible, but even four-wheel drive vehicles are unable to navigate hills. Numerous wrecks and stranded vehicles have been reported.
