The Mobile County Public Works Department will permanently close Seabury Circle today. The dirt road, located off Dixie Drive in west Mobile County, is a dead end road with no dwellings on it. It is owned by the state Department of Transportation. The county is closing the road permanently because the public has used it illegally as a dumping site.
