County Animal Shelter Announces ?A Home for the HOWLidays?

Posted on: Dec 3rd, 2014 | Announcements

Christmas is only a few weeks away. Have you found that perfect gift for the family? Consider adopting a pet from the Mobile County Animal Shelter. During the entire month of December, pets can be adopted from the MCAS at reduced adoption fees. That means $65 for dogs, $50 for cats and $25 for altered pets. The cost includes a 5-in-1 vaccine, a one-year rabies vaccination, a dewormer, and the cost of spay/neuter. The shelter is located at 7665 Howells Ferry Road. There is a large selection of kittens, cats, puppies and dogs available for adoption. Among the pets looking for a home is Chrissie, an adorable redbone hound mix. She was brought into the shelter after roaming the streets of Chunchula for months. She is more than a year old, and is very playful and friendly. Chrissie loves attention and adores being rubbed all over. She gets along well with other animals and would be a great addition to any family.
