Some say, ?A picture is worth a thousand words,? but we?re hoping that those words can be translated into LIKEs and PINs from the public. The Mobile County Animal Shelter is vying for a chance to win a Photo Contest sponsored by the ASPCA and Rachel Ray Challenge. Two of the county shelter photos are among the 40 finalists competing for a chance to win prizes ranging from $1,000 - $5,000. The public is invited to vote for the winners from July 23, 2013 (5pm ET) to August 5, 2013 (11:59pm ET) by liking and re-pinning their favorite photos. Winners will be determined by the number of likes (re-pins count as two likes).
