?The Mobile County Commission offers sincere condolences to the family, friends and coworkers of Mobile Police Department Officer Justin Billa who lost his life in the line of duty last night. Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of this dedicated young public servant. This is a tragic reminder of how each and every day law enforcement officers put their lives on the line to serve and protect us.
