NOTICE: The Mobile County Commission will hold a special meeting at 11:30 a.m., on Tuesday, July 19, in the Ceremonial Room of Mobile Government Plaza, to discuss the proposed distribution center incentives. AGENDA SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MOBILE COUNTY COMMISSION 11:30 A. M., July 19, 2016 1) CONSIDER adopting a resolution authorizing a project agreement among Mobile County, Alabama; Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.; the Industrial Development Board of the City of Mobile, Alabama; and the City of Mobile, Alabama. 2) CONSIDER adopting a resolution authorizing a tax abatement agreement between Mobile County and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., abating certain sales and use taxes, recording taxes, and non-educational portions of ad valorem taxes for Years 1 ? 20 of the project as described therein.
