Commission Request City of Mobile to Delay Action on Reducing Police Jurisdiction

Today, the Commission unanimously approved a resolution urging the Mayor and City Council of Mobile to delay action on an ordinance reducing the city's police jurisdiction from three miles to one and one-half miles. See the attached resolution.
