Judge Don Davis, Mobile County’s Judge of Probate and Chief Election Officer, reminds ALL Mobile County voters that TUESDAY, MARCH 5, 2024 is Alabama’s Presidential Preference and Statewide Primary Election Day.

The Probate Court of Mobile County provides a tremendous amount of information relating to elections and the election-voting process on the Court’s website: www.probate.mobilecountyal.gov/elections .

ALL citizens are encouraged to view the elections area of the Court’s website for election related information that might be of interest to them.

At the conclusion of the election, election results will be posted on the Court’s website.
