The City of Mobile is calling Mobile employers and Juniors and Seniors in college to apply for the Y.E.S. (Youth Empowered for Success) Initiative. This program is geared toward those interested in gaining workforce experience in the Mobile area.
Applications for employers and program participants are officially open through August 12, and the team intends to hire young professionals to staff local businesses between Nov. 1 and Dec. 16, 2022. These positions would be based on an 18- to 20-hour workweek at $11 an hour.
