POETRY AND PAINTING

Join Mobile Museum of Art Curator of Education, Kaitlyn Amanor for an hour of creative painting while learning how you can incorporate creativity into your non-arts classroom with a painting exercise or incorporate literacy into your visual arts classroom! Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Continue from the art studio to the auditorium for special performances from PowerLine Poets, a Mobile-based poetry troupe featuring local writers and performers. All educators will receive 2 hours of continuing education credits as well as go home with an original painting! The cost is $5 for members and $10 for not-yet members.
