MOBILE COUNTY'S OPERATION CLEAN SWEEP: WEST MOBILE

It's time to clean out your garage, attic, or shed and clean up your yard!

On Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Mobile County residents can dispose of non-hazardous household junk, rubbish and electronics at Mobile County's Operation Clean Sweep for west Mobile County. 

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS:

Appliances, Computers/Printers, Flat Screen TVs, Flat Screen Monitors, Household items, Yard Debris, Scrap Metal, Clothing, Microwaves, Electronics and Tires (limited to 10).

NON-ACCEPTABLE ITEMS:

Tubed TVs, Computer Monitors (CRT type), Roofing, Hazardous Waste, Junk Cars, Boats, Pressure Tanks, Waste Oil, Liquid Paint, Nails, Glass, Sharp Objects and Household Garbage.

THE RULES:

  • Must show proof of Mobile County residency.
  • NO businesses allowed.
  • NO dump trailers allowed.
  • NO hazardous waste accepted.
  • One load per household.
  • All drivers are required to unload their vehicle.
