BEGINNING WHEEL THROWING

The Mobile Museum of Art is hosting a Beginning Wheel Throwing Class on Wednesdays, April 23 through May 7, 2025, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. In this six-week beginner’s course, students will learn the basics of how to center, throw, and glaze clay. Instructor Jenny Williams will guide students to create and glaze bowls and mugs made on an electric pottery wheel while exploring different decorating techniques throughout the workshop.
