18TH ANNUAL GO RUN

The 18th Annual GO Run 5K Race and 1-Mile Fun Run will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Hancock Whitney Stadium at the University of South Alabama (USA). The 5K starts at 8 a.m., and the Fun Run starts at 9 a.m. Proceeds from the GO Run support revolutionary gynecologic cancer research happening at the USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute (MCI). Early detection, prevention and treatment advancements are continuing thanks in part to the long-standing community support GO Run receives. Participants are invited to team up with friends, family and co-workers for a chance to win a coveted award, including Highest Fundraising Team, Most Team Spirit, Best Dressed Team and Largest Team. Awards will also be given to the top runners. After the race, visit the sponsor booths and the food and beverage tent. There will also be a kids' area with inflatables.
