FREE YOGA AND SOUND HEALING MEDITATION CLASS

Get ready to find your Zen and experience ultimate relaxation at our Yoga and Sound Healing Meditation Class. Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Bishop State Community College. Immerse yourself in the harmonious blend of gentle yoga postures and the healing power of sound vibrations. Expert instructors will guide you through a series of yoga poses, focusing on breath and movement, to help you find balance and inner peace. During the sound healing meditation session, you will be enveloped in soothing sounds created by various instruments, such as Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls. These vibrations will help release tension, promote relaxation, and restore your mind, body, and spirit. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required. Be sure to take an open mind and a yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement.
