SCREEN-PRINTING WORKSHOP WITH MICAH MERMILLIOD

Experience a screen-printing workshop with Micah Mermilliod on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Mobile Museum of Art. Participants will be led in creating several prints using the screen-printing technique. They will also be shown the photo emulsion screen-printing process and provided with pre-made screens ready to print. Participants are invited to send one image before the class, which will be prepped to print in the class. This workshop will take place indoors in the darkroom and classroom areas. Fine art watercolor paper will be provided for printing, and participants are invited to bring materials like t-shirts, tote bags, etc. to print on. The workshop is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
