HOW TO GET A RAIN BARREL IN SOUTH MOBILE COUNTY

Free rain barrel installations available in south Mobile County.

Join Rebuilding Together of South Alabama, along with Gulf States Health Policy Center, Gulf Coast Environmental Engagement Center and Bay Area Women Coalition, Inc. for the second of two sessions offering free rain barrel installations to homeowners and businesses in Mobile County as part of disaster preparedness efforts.

Collected rainwater can be used for pets, plants, gardens and other outdoor needs. Installations are scheduled for May 18 and May 26 at designated locations.

Work will be completed by trained supervisors and volunteers following best practices. Quantities are limited and first come, first served.
