THIS IS LIFE 5K RUN

Do you enjoy exercising? Do you enjoy giving back to the community for an amazing cause? Great, because now you can do both at the same time!!! The Women's Resource Center is hosting their This is Life 5K Run, Saturday Oct. 15, 2022, from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Honor Park in Semmes. Don't have a babysitter? No Problem! This event welcomes every age & you can even bring your strollers!!! Each runner registration includes a dry fit t-shirt, runners goodie bag, AND a to-go lunch! All proceeds will benefit The Women's Resource Center. Cost is $35 for adults, $25 for children 12 and under.
