Preventative Health Strategies Using Herbs and Natural Tools to Reduce and Prevent Diseases is an ongoing health education seminar series held on Tuesday, July 7, and Tuesday, July 21, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Ben May Main Public Library. Presented by Elder Makinde Gbolahan, health advocate, educator and researcher with the Rapha Natural Institute of Health, this series is designed for adults and community members interested in learning practical, natural approaches to wellness, healthy living and disease prevention. The FREE sessions will explore lifestyle habits, nutrition, herbal education, and other preventative health practices that may help support overall well-being. Seating is limited to 60 participants.
