HEALTHY HEART EXPO

MPRD Fitness is hosting a Healthy Heart Expo at Springhill Recreation Center on Monday, Feb. 3, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. In honor of American Heart Month, enjoy a variety of activities to support heart health, including fitness classes like line dancing and pickleball, as well as meal planning sessions.
