DAUPHIN ISLAND SEA LAB: COASTAL FISHERIES CAMP

Dauphin Island Sea Lab and Auburn University will host their Coastal Fisheries Camp, which is a fun and intense five-day academic camp designed to give high school students a better understanding and appreciation of marine science from Sunday, May 24 to Thursday, May 28. Students will stay in the dorms on the Dauphin Island Sea Lab campus and participate in a variety of academic activities. Students will have the opportunity to observe and work with plankton nets, seine nets, water sampling bottles, refractometers and water quality test kits and other equipment.
