COMMUNITY CONVERSATION: THE STATE OF MENTAL HEALTH IN MOBILE (2 sessions)

Aug 25th, 2022 - Aug 26th, 2022 ·

In February 2021, 43% of adults in Alabama reported symptoms of anxiety or depression. Mobile United's Leadership Mobile Health and Human Resources Group is hosting a Community Conversation focused on mental health needs and bringing together members of the community with the knowledge, resources, and ability to make a difference.

There will be two sessions, Aug. 25, 2022, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and Aug. 26, 2022, from 9 a.m. to noon at Junior League of Mobile. Mobile United has partnered with the City of Mobile, the Mobile County Health Department, Veterans Recovery Resource, and Sarena Dacus, a notable facilitator and coach, to lead the conversations through thought-provoking questions designed to produce robust and useful outcomes. With a goal of developing a collective vision and shared commitment on how to enhance mental health resources in Mobile. To RSVP for one or both sessions email http://www.chinamerri@gmail.com/
