ANYONE CAN DRAW

The West Regional Library will offer a FREE drawing course on Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the AT&T Technology Center. Participants will learn simple exercises to draw expressive cartoon characters that anone who can hold a pen can draw. The event is open to anyone over age 5; registration is required.
