2ND ANNUAL POLAR BEAR PLUNGE

Kick off 2026 with a splash at the second annual Polar Plunge on New Year's Day, Thursday, Jan. 1, at 9 a.m. at Pirates Bar & Grill on Dauphin Island. Register from 9 to 10:30 a.m.; the plunge takes place at 11 a.m. Participants can compete in a costume contest, dance to the DJ, enjoy FREE hot chocolate and a FREE T-shirt, and dive into the chilly waters of the Gulf.
