2021 SPECIAL NEEDS ATHLETES PROGRAM (SNAP) ALABAMA BOWLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

This is the first state bowling championship for SNAP athletes. Approximately 45 teams are expected to compete in this tournament Dec. 11, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at AMF Skyline Bowling Lanes. The mission of Special Needs Athletes Program (SNAP) of the greater Mobile/Baldwin County area is to give developmentally disabled citizens the opportunity to participate in a recreational sport in a safe, secure environment. The organization partners athletes with adult mentors that teach them the fundamentals of the game, develop their skill set, and become a positive role model in their lives.
