USA HEALTH SUPPORT GROUP

The USA Health Stroke Survivor and Caregiver Support Group meets in University Hospital's café conference room on the third Monday of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. The group provides support, education, and stroke awareness for survivors, families and caregivers who are recovering from stroke, regardless of whether they received treatment at University Hospital.
