LIGHTING OF THE TREE

Experience the magic of the season at the City of Mobile's annual Lighting of the Tree celebration on Friday, Nov. 21, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Mardi Gras Park. Get ready for a FREE evening of festive fun with local vendors, delicious food trucks, holiday crafts, games, inflatables and a special visit from Santa Claus himself. Attendees are welcome to bring chairs and blankets to sit on while enjoying the performances and ceremony.

The entertainment schedule includes:

5:30 p.m.: Mobile Parks and Recreation Department Community Mass Choir
5:45 p.m.: Danze 101 Academy of Ballet Studio & Co.
6 p.m.: Santa's arrival
6:20 p.m.: Tree-lighting ceremony
7 to 8:30 p.m.: Live performance by Vocalocity
