IRON SHARPENS IRON BBQ COOK-OFF FOR BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS

The second annual Iron Sharpens Iron BBQ competition to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Gulf Coast takes place at Mardi Gras Park in downtown Mobile on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Categories include ribs, Boston butt and chicken. Admission is $10 for the event, which includes live music, family fun, a kids' zone play area and delicious barbecue, all for a great cause.
