HOT COCOA THROWDOWN AND MINI MARKET WITH SANTA

The Hot Cocoa Throwdown will include cozy cocoa, community cheer and a cause worth celebrating on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Oyster City Brewery. Teams of four will go head-to-head in a delicious competition for the title of Best Hot Cocoa in Town. For $10, grab a judging ticket and sample the sweet creations. Feeling competitive? Form a team of four and enter the contest for $25. Participants can bring a favorite mug or pick up a limited-edition Hot Cocoa Throwdown mug. Proceeds from mug sales and event entries go directly to benefit three amazing local animal rescue organizations: Meows & Mutts, The Pretty Pittie Committee and Mobile Cat Society. This festive afternoon will also feature local vendors selling handmade and homegrown goods; adorable adoptable animals; a visit from Santa for FREE holiday photos; and face painting for all ages.
