VIRTUAL BREASTFEEDING CLASSES

This is a two-hour class for expectant and newly delivered mothers with support person(s) to learn about breastfeeding, presented by USA Health. Topics include advantages of breastfeeding, myths and facts, getting started, correct positioning, how to get baby latched, engorgement, returning to work, and problem solving.
