THIS IS LIFE 5K + EMPOWERED PARENTING FAMILY FUN DAY

The Semmes Women's Resource Center will host the This Is Life 5K and Empowered Parenting Family Fun Day, two events in one, on Saturday, Sept. 19, starting at 8 a.m. at Semmes Honor Park. Race registration opens at 7:15 a.m. In addition to the 5K, there will be a 1-mile run/walk. While runners are out on the course, families can enjoy an exciting morning of activities including inflatables, family games and community resources in the park.
