The Ninth annual Sustainability Summit will be a live event, Friday, Jan. 27, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the University of South Alabama. Each summit presentation will support the theme Strength in Partnerships: Collaborating for a Sustainable Future. The best way to increase resilience to the climate crisis is by building and maintaining strong partnerships across disciplines. Presentations will include examples of collaboration along with the benefits it has on the environment. All presentations will include 1 to 3 actionable items that exhibit collaboration across communities, businesses, educational institutions, or any other groups across public, private, or local sectors.
The Alabama Coastal Foundation (ACF) is a non-partisan, nonprofit organization with a mission to improve and protect Alabama’s coastal environment through cooperation, education, and participation.
