'SALLIE'S ASHES' SCREENING

The environmental documentary "Sallie's Ashes" will be shown on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Larkins Classroom at Mobile Botanical Gardens. This 40-minute film follows three local women as they transform grief, courage and community into a grassroots environmental campaign to protect the beloved Mobile Bay.
