OPENING RECEPTION FOR STARPRINTS: VALERIE GEORGE AND MICAH MERMILLIOD

The STARPRINTS exhibition, opening on Friday, June 13, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Mobile Arts Council Gallery @ Room 1927, features the work of Mobile artists Valerie George and Micah Mermilliod.

Through various media, the artists find connection in shared conceptual interests and a love of experimental photographic processes. The exhibition will include photograms and lumen prints that explore themes of transformation and transcendence, utilizing organic materials of the body and the earth.
