MIND, BODY, SPIRIT, WELLNESS, EMPOWERMENT EXPO

The City of Mobile Parks and Recreation Department invites you to embark on a journey to enhance the quality of your everyday life with an evening of wellness classes, nutritional guidance, and alternative health modalities. Mind, Body, Spirit, Wellness, Empowerment Expo will take place Monday, March 14, 2022, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Michael Dow Amphitheater. There will be Yoga Classes, Meditation Sessions and Self-Care tips provided by instructors. This is FREE for the public to attend and supports the City of Mobile’s March Madness series in celebration of Women’s History Month
