HANDS-ON BREADMAKING CLASS

Learn the art of baking perfect, pillowy apple cinnamon sweet rolls from scratch at this hands-on breadmaking class on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the University of South Alabama Center for Continuing Education. This class will cover the fundamentals of yeast dough preparation, rolling and filling. Admission is $75 per person, including all supplies and ingredients.
