GULF COAST CHINESE LANTERN FESTIVAL

Join Bellingrath Gardens & Home for the Inaugural Gulf Coast Chinese Lantern Festival on Thursday, April 17 through Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 5 to 10 p.m. The Gardens will transform into a breathtaking display of light and artistry. As night falls, the Gardens will turn into a luminous dreamscape, where 41 towering, handcrafted light sculptures glow with vibrant colors, lighting the landscape with interactive artistry and imagination. Visitors will journey through the estate, where each glowing display tells a story through plants, animals, and fantastical creatures, blending ancient tradition with modern innovation. Many displays offer an immersive experience—dance with vibrant figures, play games, and engage in the fun. Tickets range from $21 to $36 for adults, $17 to $32 for children ages 5 to 12, and $2 for children 4 and under.
