Galileo: The Science of Antiquity opens Tuesday, Jan. 27, and runs until Friday, May 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday at the Exploreum Science Center. This touring exhibition showcases Galileo Galilei’s significant contributions to science, particularly his impact on the understanding of physics, astronomy and the scientific method. Visitors gain insights into how Galileo’s fearless and pioneering work in science, physics and astronomy shaped the modern world. The Galileo exhibition provides exciting opportunities for STEAM learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) through hands-on interactive experiments. The Exploreum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission to this exhibition is FREE for members; nonmember tickets are $15 for ages 13 to 64; $13 for youth (6 to 12) and seniors (65-plus); and $9 for children 3 to 6.
