FOCUS AND ADAPT WORKSHOPS

AdaptFocus, in partnership with ProHealth Fitness Center, will host a series of workshops titled “Focus & Adapt”, for amputees and those with spinal cord injuries. These seminars will engage those with ambulatory (physical disabilities) by creating a social space to develop friendships, network, discuss mental health, and learn how to maintain an independent lifestyle.

Workshops will be held at ProHealth Fitness Center on the first Thursday of every from month, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. All ages are welcome and there is no cost to participate. For more information email: adaptfocus251@gmail.com
