BOOTS TO BUSINESS REBOOT

Mobile Public Library will host an entrepreneurship training program on Thursday, Oct. 15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Ben May Main Library. This program is designed to help veterans, active-duty military personnel, National Guard and Reserve members and military spouses explore business ownership and strengthen their entrepreneurial skills. Participants will learn the fundamentals of starting and growing a business, including developing a business concept, creating a business plan, identifying available resources and connecting with SBA programs and support services. This program is made possible by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and presented by the Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC). Attendance for this event is FREE; however, guests must register through the official Boots to Business program and reserve a seat with Mobile Public Library.
