DOWN THE BAY FOOD AND PHOTOS

Down the Bay Food and Photos Day is here and will be at the James Seals Jr. Recreation Center on Saturday, April 1, 2023, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Presenters will share historic photos of Down the Bay from the McCall Library, memories of food from the Down the Bay Oral History Project, and food-related artifacts from the I-10 Mobile River Bridge Archaeology Project. Oral Historian Andre Taylor, from the College of William and Mary, will share his work about memory and food. This event is free, and lunch will be provided.
