BLACK HISTORY MONTH FITNESS CLASS

From Zumba to bodyweight exercises to yoga and mindfulness, these workouts have something for everyone – both physically and mentally. The City of Mobile will host a fitness class on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Dow Amphitheater. Each session will consist of a 15 to 20-minute workout, followed by an educational reflection on Black History. This event is free and open to the public.
